Ya (YK) inclined vibrating screen is manufactured with a strong structure and designed to be inclined at 15-20 degrees. It is simple in design and is especially suitable for screening coarse stone or ore. The transmission shaft is equipped with an eccentric block to produce regular vibration, the user can adjustthe counterweight of the eccentric block to meet its requirements. This machine has15-20 degrees of Tilt, plus the role of gravity, so compared with the horizontal vibrating screen needs less driving force, but can produce a strong screening effect.

    1. screen beam and screen box with high strength bolt connection, simple structure, convenient maintenance. Ring groove rivet connection, durable, using tire coupling, flexible connection, smooth running;
    2. excellent material spindle, bearing and advanced design of oil bath lubrication to ensure the stable production of vibrating screen, get rid of other manufacturers of screening equipment frequently replace the bearing embarrassment;
    3. the strong and stable exciting force ensures that it has a good passing ability at a low installation Angle, while the small inclination Angle ensures that the screening time is sufficient on the same screening area and has a high screening efficiency. 
    Compared with the exciting force of 3~3.5G domestic screening machine, The YK vibrating screen makes it easier to fully disperse the material in a short time to improve the overall screening effect.
