Precautions for using crusher for glass & ceramics industry

Crusher is a very common Crushing Equipment at present, and it is widely used in the crusher industry. Many friends know that the output of the equipment can be achieved by adjusting the size of the closed-side discharge port. When the size of the closed-side discharge port is larger, the output of the crusher is higher and the quality of the finished product is worse. On the contrary, the smaller the size of the closed-side discharge port, the smaller the output and the better the quality of the finished product. Therefore, customers can adjust according to their actual needs. In addition, customers are also more concerned about how to improve the production efficiency of the crusher. The following are relevant suggestions.
First: When feeding, the belt conveyor is required to input materials evenly, and the materials must meet the requirements of the crusher for crushing materials. Too much or too little feeding will affect the production efficiency of the equipment;

Second: The operator needs to pay close attention to the discharge of the crusher discharge port, control the speed of the belt conveyor, and ensure normal feeding and discharging;
Third: Regularly check the equipment's water cooler, filter and oil pump, and measure the oil temperature. Under normal circumstances, the return oil temperature is required not to exceed 60 degrees. Too high a temperature is not good for the equipment;
Fourth: Regularly check the drainage of the crusher's water seal and dustproof. Once it is found that there is no water or the amount of water is very small, it should be stopped in time, otherwise it will seriously affect the equipment;
Fifth: Every once in a while. Operators must check the oil pressure of the crusher's locking cylinder, especially when the liner is severely worn, and pay more attention to the liner fixing bolts on the adjustment ring. Once loosened, it will cause the liner to be delivered. For the newly replaced liner, it is necessary to stop and tighten it once after 24 hours of work.
