Minjie machinery's "continuous ball mill" for glass & ceramics industry
On March 29, 2024, the enterprise standard review meeting of Fujian Minjie Machinery Co., Ltd.'s "Continuous Ball Mill" organized by the Standardization Technical Committee of Foshan Ceramic Society was held in the conference room on the third floor of Foshan Ceramic Research Institute.
A team of 10 experts from the Standardization Committee of Foshan Ceramic Society, including production technology experts and standardization technology experts from related enterprises and industries: Senior Engineer Huang Jianqi, Chairman of Foshan Saiyindi Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., Professor Wu Jianqing of the Ceramic Research Institute of Xinmingzhu Ceramic Group Co., Ltd., Senior Engineer Cheng Xiaojun, Secretary General of Jiangxi Building Materials Industry Federation, Professor Zhong Baomin, Director of Guangdong Dongpeng Holdings Co., Ltd., Professor Feng Bin, Chairman of Foshan King Kong Enterprise Group Co., Ltd., Senior Engineer Liu Yamin of the National Key Laboratory of Building Sanitary Ceramics Testing, Senior Engineer Liu Song of Keda Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Senior Engineer Huang Bin, Secretary General of Foshan Ceramic Society; Representatives of the organizing unit, Senior Engineer Huang Huining, Vice Chairman of Foshan Ceramic Society and Chairman of the Standardization Technical Committee, Senior Engineer Lin Shan, Secretary General of the Standardization Technical Committee of Foshan Ceramic Society and General Manager of Foshan Ceramic Research Institute Testing Co., Ltd., and enterprise representatives, including Chairman Cai Congmin of Agile Machinery, Head of Ball Mill Design Huang Jinyuan, and Administrative Manager Guo Yongsen, attended the review meeting.
The meeting was chaired by Lin Shan, Secretary General of the Standardization Committee of Foshan Ceramic Society. The Chairman of the Standardization Committee of Foshan Ceramic Society delivered a welcome speech. Cai Congmin, Chairman of Fujian Agile Machinery Co., Ltd., and Huang Jinyuan, the person in charge of ball mill design, introduced the company's continuous ball mill and the enterprise standard "Continuous Ball Mill". The experts at the meeting carefully revised and made suggestions on the scope, reference documents, models and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules, markings, packaging, transportation, storage and manufacturing guarantee of the standard, and reviewed and evaluated the format specifications of the enterprise standard, the rationality of the performance index setting, the innovation of the index parameters, the scientific nature of the test methods, the applicability and advancement of the standard.
On behalf of the Standardization Committee, Huang Huining thanked the expert group for its careful and responsible review, and thanked Agile Machinery for its attention and support to the "Enterprise Standard" work, emphasizing that enterprise standards are conducive to the promotion of new products and new technologies. He said that Agile Machinery has achieved a lot of results in intermittent and continuous ball mills, and has made significant contributions to the industry in energy saving and consumption reduction, and scientific and technological innovation. We hope that through the enterprise standard review meeting, we can strive to make advanced enterprise standards, improve product quality, further enhance market competitiveness, and improve the comprehensive management level of enterprises through enterprise standardization.
Cai Congmin, chairman of Agile Machinery, thanked all the expert committee members for their support for the enterprise standardization work and their valuable opinions on the enterprise standard of "Continuous Ball Mill".
